"Schöne Lage im alten Ortskern. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und recht schön. Alles in Ordnung somit. Wenn man am Wochenende übernachtet, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass es auf der Piazza unterhalb des Zimmers sehr laut werden kann und das bis weit in die Nacht. Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne. Wir hatten an einem Sonntag eine Band die bis 23:45h gespielt hat und anschließend waren noch Gäste und Einwohner da die bis mindestens 01:00h sehr laut waren. "Beach views were fantastic. The place is somewhat hard to fund as the number 4 is very small on the side of the building. The parking spot available was great. We were on the 4 floor but you enter up a flight of stairs outside so it's really 5, a bit difficult with suitcases. Once in though the location is fantastic to the train, restaurants and shopping. Not too far a walk to old town and the ferry. We liked our room, spacious and comfortable."

Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
