"Schöne Lage im alten Ortskern. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und recht schön. Alles in Ordnung somit. Wenn man am Wochenende übernachtet, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass es auf der Piazza unterhalb des Zimmers sehr laut werden kann und das bis weit in die Nacht. Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne. Wir hatten an einem Sonntag eine Band die bis 23:45h gespielt hat und anschließend waren noch Gäste und Einwohner da die bis mindestens 01:00h sehr laut waren. "Words can’t describe how amazing our stay and wedding was at the Palazzo! During the last year of wedding planning Mirella has been in constant communication with us and provided us with an OUTSTANDING wedding and stay. If you’re looking to get married in a 1275 AD palazzo that was formerly inhabited by the Duke or Parma I would HIGHLY recommend this place. "Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

The apartment is a genuine part of an old castle. Not a touristy place. Just a genuine old fashioned apartment. It’s very basic."
"Great courteous genuine host. Wonderful village atmosphere to live with kids. More of a farm experience. Few downside worth to mention
1. Far away from locality with steep hill to get there and road condition is very poor easily damage car underbody if one is not careful.
2. Due to that, once you are there you are pretty much locked and spend most of the time in n and around property as nothing else is nearby.
3. There are few insects even scorpions you could eventually find in the room which could make this place not suitable for small kids. "
