"Doriano and Giovanna are wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail is so impressive. The garden oasis outdoor area is a perfect spot to relax with a drink or to enjoy their amazing breakfast (Giovanna’s home made sweets and sweet cornbread were standouts). "A lovely spot with gorgeous views of Lake Como. In hindsight, I am surprised that some stayed here without a car, as transportation around the lake can be a bit of a challenge. But we found it ideal with our little compact that fit just fine in the cozy garage and easy enough to pop in and out to journey off to the local towns and beyond in our week-long exploration of the area. You certainly are not staying in one of the busy, popular locations when you rent this apartment. But if you like things a bit removed and a bit more peaceful, this is your place."

"the Apartment is quite large with a downstairs that has two single beds and a double and its own bathroom , washing machine is down there. upstairs is a lounge , double bed bedroom , bathroom and access to the balcony, kitchen is in lounge area and has microwave , toaster , kettle , all the usuals . you will need a car for sure due to location but it does say that "
