"Check-in was excellent - managed to get our room around 1230. Breakfast was excellent on both mornings. Lunch on our arrival day the pizza's we ordered were excellent and huge! Sunday carvery was excellent value for money and the quality was great. Every member of staff were polite and very friendly. They also went out of their way by putting the football on at lunchtime on Sunday for us. We will be back - this is now out favourite hotel in Aberdeen."

"Great hotel in a beautiful location right on the River Dee. The views are incredible. Ample parking. Nice room (with river view), and modern bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were very well made. Service everywhere was excellent. There was a wedding going on my first night - I didn’t hear a thing. At first I thought the bed felt firm, but I had great sleeps both nights. Overall, an excellent hotel, and I will stay again if I’m in the area."

"Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know."

"Unclean room stains on the bedsheets, dirty scatter cushion and dirty floor. Our room was right next to reception so was pretty loud. Bed was comfy and had a decent sleep. Would not come back and glad we only stayed one night. We booked a family room and luckily we didn’t bring our daughter because there would’ve been no room for her, no spare bed or even space for a travel cot, not sure if we even got the upgrade we paid for."
