"Staff very helpful. Reported towel rail not working and water overflowing to bathroom floor when showering. Biggest disappointment was breakfast, no bowls or plates at the buffet. Empty orange juice containers, no croissants either morning and only 2 pastries! Asked for yogurts as there were none, the two I picked were out of date by 3 days, not good enough. I could go on, however, girl was very apologetic and worked hard for us and other guests. Not what we expect from a 4 star establishment. Hotel is lovely, had a room overlooking the river."
