"The staff were very friendly and property well-maintained. The rooms were a bit outdated in the Bietsch tower, and the bed was not comfortable. But overall, I would return."

"This is a simple, but elegant place to stay. The staff was excellent in dining suggestions, breakfast was varied in foods being offered, it's walking distance to the university's botanic garden, neighborhood is colorful and safe."

"I wanted a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. I left early because the location is awful and the woman who runs it is a drunk who gambles all day in front of the TV in the bar downstairs. She is an awful person. Avoid this place like the plague. Don’t ever go near here. There are stray dogs and stray roosters going all over and 5 or 6 drunks at all time downstairs. The music from the bar is pounding at all times. I am reporting them to the police for fraud and theft. Purely miserable. They should be investigated and shut down. There are not words in English that are bad enough to describe how awful the check-in woman is"

"It is located inside a hospital, the entrance to the hotel lobby is the same entrance of the emergency. But the hotel was ok, useful"

"Needs like a soap and shampoo holder, if the guest bring their own hygiene travel products. Also there was a second air-conditioning inverter in the kitchen/living room but I didn't find the remote."

"When arrived instructions were clearly listed for check in, upon walking into the property we were unsure if the room had been cleaned, under the beds has tissues and some a tips. Towels were not clean that were provided. This lead us to have to purchase our own. Water to shower was SCORCHING HOT and unbearable. The water will quickly cycle from cold to hot to BURNING hot with the only way to fix it was to shut off the water wait a few mins and do it all over again until shower was over. I reached out multiple times over my stay and didn’t get consistent responses regarding fixing the water, or the WiFi that was not working for the duration of my stay. In short, what I paid for was not ideal and caused for the stay to be more of a hassle. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. The shower wasn’t our favorite but otherwise it was a nice place. The rooftop was beautiful. When I had issues getting in, I called the host and he answered quickly. Took us a minute to figure out parking but that was typical for San Juan. 20 minutes from old San Juan and Ubers were affordable (we were advised to avoid driving in old San Juan)"
