Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins.

No current phone listed anywhere!! We arrived after hours and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get us in. Expedia staff was finally able to reach someone. I have a family of 6 and that is why we chose this place, not even enough bedding or linens for 6 people!! One of the double beds was basically a futon, no where near capable of sleeping 2. Couldn't get the room cool, very uncomfortable night sleep. Cabinets were broken.

Nicht die Zimmer bekommen die wir gebucht haben. Dann haben wir anstatt 3 Zimmer nur 2 Zimmer bekommen. Und mussten darin mit 6 Personen übernachten.

This is not a hotel like is in the photo.. this is a office building with 6 rooms on the second floor... there is no Lobby with any staff.. they email you with a code to get into the front door.. then another code to get into the hall where the rooms are.. and then another code to access a box to get the key.. there are no signs about a hotel anywhere on the building.. the picture of the building on the website is the of an office building with 6 guest rooms built in the building.. I would not recommend this place.. no one to greet you.. no staff.. again this is not a hotel..

Last Minute Self check-in

Habe last Minute gebucht und war alles easy, am Tag vorher habe ich ne E-Mail bekommen (zwar auf Italienisch aber Google translater konnte helfen) in der E-Mail stand wie der Self Check in funktioniert und wie man an die Zimmerkarte kommt. Das Apartment war sauber und angenehm, der Flur war etwas hellhörig aber nicht dramatisch.
