"To earn a 5 star from us, it has to be simply Amazing. We stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave. It’s was clean, up to date, will equipped, and everything was working. Yes you have to walk up stairs but, they were clean, well lite, and safe.The location was quiet and in the city walls. And the rent company “Lucca Apartments and Villa” wow, absolutely incredible. Had a couple of personal issues while staying there, the large staff was available 24/7. We are so thankful we selected Lucca and this apartment for our base camp. Thank you most of all for the friendship."

The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!"

Having the delicious breakfast every morning was wonderful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, with every thing worth seeing within easy walking distance. There is nothing else that you could ask for. I will definitely be back again…"

"The room and staff were fine, though there is not a full-time desk person after 7:00PM and on the weekends. The biggest surprise (Not a good one) There is no elevator, so bringing up your baggage can be a problem. But it is in a great location and is very affordable."
