Well placed and comfortable hotel, good parking
The check in process was excellent. Mia (Sofia) at the reception desk was very helpful and professional. The pillows although clean and comfortable, should not smell with the detergent

Absolutely fantastic hotel. This wasn’t my first stay there and won’t be my last. All the staff there are outstanding and very professional. From the bottom to the top they couldn’t do enough to help you and make sure your stay was comfortable. All was polite and always said hello, and how was your day. I really recommend this hotel. Would like to thank everyone for making my stay pleasant. Thank you Roman and all management for a great experience

We enjoyed stay at the hotel as a family. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend and will be back.

Very conformable
Excellent room, very clean and super comfortable bed! Breakfast was excellent but dinner was not good (worst meal of the trip). Staff was nice, but English communication skills were lacking.

Hotel is OK to stały. Its difficult to find a parking. There's no refrigerator. Door to walk upstairs so I dont have to use elevator are locked. Small print on check in form. Masks not eenorccd, too many people during breakfast.

Updated property , quiet location . No mini fridge in the room. Also no makeup mirror. Not easy to find the entry to property - could have better directions to enter building.

Excellent staff and great value
I feel bad giving it less than 5* for anything given the value and the fact the staff would get 50* if the scale was out of 50. For £40 a night it was supreme value, lovely clean hotel, well cooked complimentary buffet breakfast with local as well as "English' fodder and the staff were multi-lingual and extremely polite and helpful. It is a short walk to town and the additional charge for parking in a nearly empty car park takes the p*** a little given you need a car in Lublin, and the bed was a little creeky but I am nit picking to explain why it wasn't 5s across the board from me. However highly recommend the hotel
