This was a horrid hotel. I've stayed in better hotels in Tijuana for $20. Our room didn't have towels, the phone didn't work to call the front desk. The glued carpet baseboards were all peeling off. Our curtain rod was clearly pulled out of the wall at one point. Just scummy place.

This hotel should not allow people to stay in the rooms they are what they call "renovating". Since when does that mean putting black tape to fix a floor issue or never cleaning the rooms. There was blood on the walls and black smudges all over the shower curtains. We stayed in the room for maybe a couple hrs, long enough for myself, my husband and our son to shower. I now have 10 bedbug bites on me and i really hope and pray we did not bring them home with us. I am allergic to them and I swell up.

Unfortunately our stay was not even 2 hours before we checked out of the hotel completely. There was a mouse in our room. We notified the front desk but he (Kevin) didn’t know what to do and couldn’t give us another room due to no vacancy. He also couldn’t refund my stay and we had to wait till the manager arrives the next morning for that to happen. Due to a track meet in town, we spent an hour trying to find another hotel to stay at. Very inconvenient and unfortunate but just disappointed with the whole situation and the hotel. It is pretty run down with the decor and furniture outdated and dirty. I have yet to speak to the manager since after going back the next morning for my refund, manager doesn’t work on Saturdays and I would have to wait till Monday. I also told Kevin that I managed to get some video clips of the mouse in our room. Just a terrible experience that needs to be refunded and then some.

It’s close to Lowery field, but the room was extremely outdated and dirty, uncomfortable beds and floor tile was loose!! Shower was very stained and shower curtain looked like it had not been washed or changed in a while!! We didn’t have any towels and had to go down and ask for them!!

Property did not match how was listed. Had reserved a room with walk in shower. Was told at checkin they did not have walkin showers on property. Fire alarm kept going off all night due to someone using a grill indoors in the pool house. Staff was very difficult to find. Cleaning service started coming in at 7am on a sunday. During checkout had no one present except a person who did not speak any english and never received a receipt.

For being rated a good hotel it had alot of defects. No customer rep in front desk at all times, pool was good but hot tub was out of service, walls inside pool area seemed like they were gonna fall off any minute. Room was ok, tv channels kept messing up, bed was very uncomfortable.

This was one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed. The exterior lights are out, the carpets are dirty, the room was dirty. The bedding was stained with poop. There was not a towel in the room. The pool area was just as dirty with what looked like poop rubbed on the floor. I am surprised that Expedia supports it.

If I could do zero stars I would! Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We rented 2 rooms. There were no towels in either room, rooms had not been cleaned there was still other people’s trash and stray clothing in 1 room, 1 room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was designated non-smoking. It was obvious that neither room had even really been cleaned. It was so gross that had it not been late at night and everything else sold out we would have just left immediately. We ended up feeling so gross trying to sleep there we left very early after no sleep. Seriously just overall disgusting!

Rust on the floor in swimming pool area. Hot tub out of order, falsely advertised working on Website. Hot Tub Sign stated out of order and Manager said it broke the same day I arrived. The sign had mold spores growing on the paper, indicating the hotub was broken for longer than one day. The Manager would not respond to calls from the employee. The building was not lit up on the outside, making it feel unsafe to walk in and out at night.

Location is not in the best area of town BUT we had no issues or worries for personal safety nor safety of our vehicle. Front desk staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast staff not so much. I was eating and she began putting away ALL the food and drinks. I looked at my watch and saw it was 9:38 on a Sunday. I thought breakfast must have ended at 9:30 on Sundays versus 10:30 on Saturday. Later saw a sign that said breakfast was until 10:30 on Sunday. I was pretty livid as I left still hungry because all the food was put away just short of an hour early. The hotel itself needs a facelift. It's looking pretty rundown. Overall cleanliness was ok. We moved the chair looking for something we dropped and found a few pieces of trash that were not ours. Other than that the room felt and smelled clean.There was a giant hole in our curtains. The tub was very slippery. I almost busted my butt several times stepping in and out. This wasn't a terrible stay but next time I'll probably spend a touch more and stay closer to the college.

1st the hotel is isolated from restaurants, etc. Nothing in walking distance. They provided the bare minimum in the rooms. I had 1 towel, 1 wash clothe, 1 coffee & 1 cup. The beds appear lumpy because the quilt is lump, chair was filthy, drapes were filthy and the wall by the cabinet and several gunky things stuck to it at the floor. It was horrible.

The beds were dirty, stained and could tell the sheets were not changed. There were no towels, toilet paper and tub was dirty. And manager was not around and when asked if the manager would be in, front desk said probably not.

The bathroom was dirty. There was a light fixture over the shower/tub that was falling down out if the ceiling. The sink didn’t have a stopper in it. The smoke detecter was falling down from the ceiling. Half of the tv channels didn’t work. There were no cups or glasses to even drink water or take medicine. No coffee in the rooms-and we were told they had been out for a while. There was only 1 towel in the room! Would not recommend this property. We left after the first night.

Avoid this hotel!
There were no towels, room reeked of smoke (we don’t smoke), my sister came in our room (she has asthma) and had a bad reaction to the smoke, no soap for shower, fabric chair all stained, coffee pot in room but no coffee (said they were out) , lot of black mold in bathroom and toilet , shower curtain full of black mold, coffee cups at breakfast held 1 1/2 ounces of coffee (unbelievable) the nice lady in breakfast room had so many complaints she left and went shopping and came back with normal size cups. We do not recommend this hotel. We were in room 125.

The room was filthy when got in there. The air conditioner was not working either. There were no matress protectors on the matresses. We could not stay over night. We were offered another room, but decided we couldn’t. Another family, whom we did not know, left at the same time as us and said the conditions of their room was the same as ours or worse. We could not stay.
