"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. " A wonderful stay at Uday Suites! The hotel has a beautiful, traditional ambiance and is very clean and quiet. Its location is perfect—close to the airport and within walking distance of the beach. The food was excellent, especially the Kerala traditional seafood. The staff were outstanding and the reception team was very warm and welcoming. We stayed with friends, and Alisha went above and beyond to help us settle in and recommend an amazing seafood lunch at the on-site restaurant. The food was incredible, and the chef even stopped by to check on us. We also enjoyed the live music in the evening, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The staff helped us with a last-minute birthday celebration and surprised us with a homemade cake- such a thougthful gesture truley made us feel at home. Highly recommending! "
