Beautiful 3-Bed Bungalow Kessingland rural retreat

Enjoy everything Kessingland has to offer! 5 minute walk to the beach, close to shops pubs and restaurants. Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby such as a nature reserve and the local zoo (Africa Alive).Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.
With your own enclosed garden with patio and garden area.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Fresh linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee included.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep a family of up to 6 people.
Ideally situated just off the A12 for business use.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains a single bed with an additional pull out single bed, this room also has a worktop/desk working area ideal for laptop.

There is 1 bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but is possible in designated area.
- There is on and off road parking available with no restrictions.
The driveway can take 2 cars
- Pets are not allowed at the property except for special circumstances and security deposit.

This is an additional property that we have added to our portfolio due to the high demand of customers returning to us.
