"We had a great one week stay at Carisbrooke, Steve and Maureen were fabulous hosts. On arrival they had baked us bread, cake and a rhubarb crumble all very delicious plus they had left us some eggs from their allotment and homemade jam. The house is a good size, well laid out, quiet, comfortable, nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom were comfy and plenty of hot water and decent showers! "We had a mega 10hr drive from Somerset (traffic) for a funeral. Could have been a shocker but the house welcomed us tired and hungry with yummy treats and comfy beds, perfect for our little family. Fantastic little holiday home, well appointed and spacious despite being compact. Would absolutely stay again, if I could face the drive! Thanks for having us! "
