"The property is located across from the beach, and convenient stores and shopping centers are also just minutes away by car, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. They offered complimentary fruit and wine in the lobby, and a free breakfast was included. The room itself was nice and clean. It also had a small balcony, which was a pleasant feature."

"This was our first time staying in Santa Barbara, and Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn stood out the most to us for its great location, reasonable price, and dog-friendly policy. It was easy to find, with plenty of on-site parking, and close to shops (Target) and restaurants within walkable distance. The hotel had a nice grassy area for the dogs and was also pretty quiet. We barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms, which made for a relaxing stay. We also liked that our room came with a patio area - it was nice to get some fresh air in the early morning and to let our dogs out to sunbathe while we got ready. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-kept, though the floors in our room were a bit on the dirty side upon check-in, we ended up going out to buy some slippers to keep our feet clean. We also wished there was a microwave in the room for added convenience - they had one located in the lobby though. Despite a couple of minor issues, the cleanliness, overall comfort/feel of the room (loved the bathroom mirror!), and how dog-friendly it was, would definitely bring us back again. "

"We had an amazing 👏 time in Santa Barbara! The hotel is walkable distance to downtown all the attractions, restaurants, and the beach! Very friendly and helpful people. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast! Faustina's service was was great! Everyone here very friendly we felt safe and definitely will be back!"
