The bed was large and very comfortable, the lounge perfect for snuggling away the evenings and the shower particuarly good! Parking also could not have been easier. Do note though, a lot of the roads in the area are narrow and twisty without footpaths so a small car is preferable and beware when walking them."

Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "

"The Swan Inn is in an ideal location to all notable amenities within the City of Wells. I found that there were plenty of car parking spaces at the hotel. The rooms within the establishment I feel are dated, windows not opening or closing properly, extractor fan in the bathroom not working, and dated furnishings. However, do not let these minor issues put you off from staying. The staff are excellent, and very attentive, the room’s even thou are dated are comfortable, with great bedding. As stated the location is fabulous. The breakfast here is good quality and there is plenty of choice. I would recommend this hotel, and I will be staying again in the future. Thanks."

"I have to say the staff were yet again amazing! Danielle and Callum were outstanding helping me when I turned up late and when I had to change rooms!
