The property over all is clean and with some guest doing a more longer stay than others maybe a better system of being top of cleaning elevators besides just one time in the mornings and just some all around better dryers that your clothes are completely not as wet when you put them in.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Came to Louisville for the Kentucky derby. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. The elevator made me throw up one day I was there because the stench was so bad. The room was filthy upon arrival with the table being sticky and still had someone’s food on it. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There were also full trash bags just laying in the hallways that would be there for multiple days.

The bed was very uncomfortable, my back is in bad shape could not get comfortable at all. Besides that though I love that it's the only hotel in Louisville where you can smoke and you don't have to have a deposit to stay here. Definitely the best hotel to stay at for the low price

This place is a joke

You’re lucky if they are there to check you in. The employees go missing and Libby doesn’t work half the time. Most of the people there live there full time. Doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. There’s no carpet anywhere to be seen. It’s basically a low rent apartment complex.
