Center as well as the Great Lawn overlooking the Ohio River, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Great place and we walked everywhere.

We really enjoyed staying at the loft. It was well done, had everything we needed and a great location. As part of our bourbon getaway we wanted someplace we could go back to in the evenings and walk to downtown restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed walking to the distilleries downtown during the day. Would definitely come back. A spot in the parking garage was a big plus too.

Very spacious and clean loft close to everything! We never had to move our vehicle once! Justin was a very thorough and quick communicator. An extra star for utilizing the cleaning service and not making us clean the apartment before we leave as EVERY other VRBO has made me do in the past. Can't say enough good things about this place.
