Perfect for Bourbon

Great property. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our large group. Easy to find and navigate to distilleries. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

The location was great..close to everything we wanted to do and restaurants. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. We also felt safe at all times and Jane was wondering to work with. We will for sure be back if we are ever in Louisville again. Thank you!

Wonderful attention to detail!

This property was cute, clean, comfortable and convenient. The owners thoughtfully covered every detail to ensure a wonderful stay!! This was the perfect property for our multi family stay. And the owners were VERY accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this property and stay her again.

Long weekend well spent

We were very pleased with our overall experience. The home was clean and and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and met our needs. We enjoyed the large dining room table. The noise of overhead planes was a bit annoying but otherwise all was well. This is a great place to stay.

Great place in Louisville for a friends vacation

My friends and I recently visited this location and had a great time. The place was huge, gorgeous, in a great location and very affordable, all qualities I’ve hardly ever seen together. I appreciated all the work that was put into the decorations as well as the informational tidbits. The check-in process was also pretty easy and supplied beforehand, which was a relief since every other place I’ve stayed at recently, I’ve had to ask for the check-in information on the same day. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely Perfect

Fabulous property and location! Our host Jane was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We chose this property for our annual ladies getaway and it did not disappoint. Also, the street parking was never a problem, we never had any trouble getting a spot to park close to the house. I highly recommend booking for a memorable stay!

This home is everything! The owner is awesome. So very helpful. We were left nice treats and bottled water. Very responsive. The house is so roomy. Beautifully decorated house and true to the website description. Several places to go within walking distance. A/C worked well, and comfortable beds. Large dining room for all 10 of us. Issues with gas grill on arrival were resolved quickly. Back patio and chairs needed to be hosed down and area sprayed for mosquitoes. Bottle torches full of water- could not light. Oven needed cleaning. Overall, a great place to stay!!

Wonderful Stay!

This property offers a fantastic location, close to all the local distilleries, making it perfect for exploring the area. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and late check-out without us even asking. Staying at The Trifecta was perfect for our group. The style of the home was amazing. The property was located close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen and bathrooms were the best stocked we have ever had. If we had a complaint, it would be that we had to get used to the low flying UPS planes at night. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Celebration trip

The home was extremely spacious and clean. It totally was a gem for our family. The host was delightful and extremely responsive. The only thing that was somewhat problematic was the noise. Between the trains, planes and cars it was tough sleeping at night. With that being said, I believe anywhere within the city is going to be difficult. Great safe place to call home for a few night when visiting Louisville.

There were 4 couples staying for the concert and some bourbon tasting. The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Old Louisville

House was lovely, exactly as pictured and described. Owner is proactive with communication and very responsive. Parking is a bit tricky in this area, but that’s the case for all houses in this neighborhood. Location is great, quick to downtown or expo center. Loved it, would definitely recommend.

Great Old Louisville Location

This house was a perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. It is very clean, well appointed and a quick drive to downtown. There a a few walkable neighbor hood restaurants - we went to Old Louisville Tavern twice. A lot of thought has gone into making this home very welcoming and short-term stay ready.

Perfect Louisville Friends Trip

The Trifecta in Old Louisville was the perfect location for our recent trip to Louisville. It was a great location and convenient to all the places we visited during our six day stay. The home was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The host was quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again if we ever visit Louisville in the future.
