Welcome to The Stables On Baxter: a 140yr old converted horse livery & grocery store. The unit is fun with foosball, games, unique features and is only minutes from Nulu & Downtown! This unit is steps from Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave. The shared courtyard offers our guests mini golf, grills, fire pits, abundant seating and an umbrellaed table.

**This unit is in a commercial building with Airbnbs & businesses. The neighbordhood is busy and exciting. Noise should be expected.**

This amazing 1-bedroom, 1-bath home, 2-bed home offers a bold stay with amazing amenities. We have 1 King bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Each room is elegantly designed with high-end finishes. Each bedroom has its own TV for privacy. 2 TVs in the home!

The courtyard is large and open. There is abundant seating around our two gas fire pits and a putting green for those who want to take a swing. If that's not your thing, you can grill and chill sitting at the picnic table featuring a solar-powered umbrella.

This unit minutes away from distilleries, Nulu and Downtown and just steps away from the Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor where you'll find restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
