This property is run down. The outdoor pool in the back was empty and the exterior of the property specifically our windows, were full of cobwebs and bird poop. Thankfully, the room was really clean, but it locked a few items I feel or necessary like a microwave. Additionally, there was no coffee station in the lobby, this is probably a first for me in many many years, maybe more than a decade. The property is very conveniently located and the price was right. Also, every employee was extremely nice and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but I would say that the outside of the hotel needs some upkeep. Parts of the building need some work. The balcony of our room had about 7 bee hives that need knocked down. And the ice machine on the 3rd floor never had ice, which was frustrating.

This property needs a renovation. It is quite worn down and in need of repairs. The floor tiles were broken, several leaks coming the ceilings. However, our room was clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom was very small but shower had good water pressure. The AC worked great. The staff were all friendly. Overall, it was fine for a few days but I would likely not choose to stay again.

200,000 PGAfans are crammed into every hotel in the 30 miles area. Elite basketball tournments are also checked in. High school graduationd out of state visitors. Chaotic. The hotel is clean and safe. Huge pool. Dining on property. Entertainment. Yet Staff is friendly and helpful. Obviously running on little sleep. . I will stay here again.

Each night that we stayed, our room key wouldn’t not work and they kept saying it had expired. We had to wait a very long time in the hallway before we could ever get help. The front desk worker never answered calls from the rooms. We never did reach someone in the two days that we stayed. No one ever came and cleaned our room. The bar was actually good. The drinks were made great. They have 1 pool table. And a juke box.

This is an older hotel without a doubt. But our room and bathroom were clean as was the lobby, the indoor pool and restaurant. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night but not at all during the daytime. Staff is doing a good job. The price was fair.

The hotel lobby area was nice, but once you move past that its dated and has a smell to it. The hotel was booked full, which made for it to be terribly loud, unorganized, and under-staffed. Elevator wait lines were terrible, large groups of people standing every which way making maneuvering to your room quite a task.

The hotel was dirty - lobby, hallways, parking lot. They only gave us new bath towels. No new wash cloths/hand towels. The facilities were not as presented in the pics(pool/fitness center). When trying to checkout the employee was on his phone and just told me to drop the key in the basket. Will never stay here again

There is a beautiful pond outback that you can sit outside by the pool was clean the rooms were fairly decent so all in all was a good experience. The hotel was packed so the elevator was a little slow due to all the people but i didnt m8nd using the stairs it gave me a good workout while on our trip

We had 2 rooms which were across the hall from one another, we had to kill a roach in the bathroom of one room, the paint was peeling off the shower walls in the tiny bathroom, the tv was broken, the remote was held together by electrical tape, and when they told us twice someone would come talk to us, no one came or reached out at all. Fast forward to Sunday morning, pool opens at 9am, went down to swim before check out to be told pools closed because the night crew didn’t do their job and put chemicals in. I made a comment about doing it after people check out to my daughter and the lady yelled at me that she can’t help when other people don’t do their job. Back in our room, at 9:30am the housekeeper walked in our room without knocking to see if we checked out already. Check out was noon, some of us were sleeping still. For a Radisson hotel it was not up to their standards. I will say the bartender was awesome and very helpful.

The non-smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. The bathroom light did not work. We reported the problems to the night staff pwrson when we checked, but he was not immediately helflpful to resolve the situation. They eventually offered to switch rooms

Staff was nice, but that was the only thing good. The pictures of this property are severely edited and false advertising. Additionally, our reservation was cancelled 3 weeks before our trip to the Kentuck Derby, then we had to rebook at the same hotel for $300 more each night as we had no other options. Other people weren't even notified of the cancellation and they showed up with no place to sleep. Neither Expedia or the Radison was of any help. They basically did a "bait and switch" and gouged us on pricing for a subpar hotel that was falsey advetised. Ceiling tiles are rotting everywhere in this hotel due to lack of maintenance. Bed sheets were badly stained, tv's and/remotes don't work, patio door wouldn't open, and more. Someone tried to break into one of our rooms in the middle of the night. I don typically leave negative reviews, but this place was a huge misleading scam.

The staff at front desk and cleaning staff were great! My husband left his wedding band behind and I called to report it. Front desk staff called back and it had been found and were holding it for us! Such a relief as this was our 50th wedding anniversary trip! Thank you!

It was Derby weekend and the hotel was booked solid. We wanted to eat after we got back from the horsetrack as well as everyone else. While the one girl and one guy they had working the restaurant were doing there best to keep up, I saw the hotel manager NOT LIFT A FINGER to help in any way. Considering the hotel was booked, they were way understaffed and that created a huge burden on the people who were there. I felt sorry for them.

Hotel is outdated. There were times I wondered whether or not the toilet was going to flush. Key cards kept deactivating. Would I stay here again on my own free will…no. Did it have what I needed for two nights, such as shower, toilet and bed…yes. Brighter note, the pool was larger than most other hotels I have stayed. Free breakfast would have offset some negatives, but that wasn’t the case.

Hotel is very old. Pictures are deceiving. When you walk in the lobby area is very nice. Cafe is NOT open. No coffee. Hallways etc stunk of weed, rooms very outdated, TV very old a lot of the remote buttons didn’t work. Staff were not the friendliest.
