You will be hard pressed to find a better setup in Louisville! The Suite easily fit 6 grown adults with plenty of space for everyone. It's such a great location with easily walk able access to local eateries and distilleries.

Had a large group stay here for a weekend to experience downtown Louisville and the Bourbon Trail. The place was clean and the location was great. Zero complaints!

Thanksgiving Weekend Trip with Friends

Great stay for two families. Short stay and we don’t use any cooking equipment but the perfect amount of bedrooms for 4 adults and 7 kids. Great location and perfect for relaxing.

Bachelor Party by the Racetrack

Had a very pleasant stay at the location. Building was under maintenance but was a fully different atmosphere when you get up to the Penthouse. Plenty of room to stay, fun games to play, and plenty of towels/toiletries too. Hosts were easily accessible and would absolutely stay again.

The penthouse is great. It's as good as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with some light snacks, coffee, and the basics. Very clean and well kept. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to gather with a group

Love this place in many ways but the entrance and hallways almost made us not stay. They are In process of changes but this area is NOT a great first impression. Is not 21000 square feet as the listing says. And as is true for many large places, it sleeps a lot but there is not comfortable seating for nearly half of those people. The outside gathering spot is not covered and was too hot to even consider sitting out there. It looks nice but is not inviting if it is hot or rainy. Someone who is part of Hollyhock was working in the building organizing the day we checked in. She was great! Quality furnishings, lots of towels etc and owners who treasure their renters. They are responsive and have decorated with you in mind. Stay here! You can walk to so much from this location

The penthouse was perfect for our stay. Excellent accommodations exactly as described. Thoughtful additions like snacks and coffee included. Close walk to Fourth St, downtown Bourbon distilleries, and other major attractions. Will stay again!

We were a group of close friends looking for a nice place to stay for Bourbon & Beyond. The unit was great. There was construction in the building and it was a little funky accessing but we were able to figure it out and we had a very fun, pleasant, and memorable trip!

Wonderful Penthouse perfect location

Location is paramount when it comes to visiting new places. This penthouse location is beautifully nestled right in the heart of downtown Louisville. Nothing was more than a couple blocks from us. The house does have 5 bedrooms and a loft and will comfortably sleep 9 without sharing beds or sleeping on couches. There are many queen/full beds, a king, and a twin for sleeping that can accommodate multiple people should you need sleeping room for more than 9. The rooftop terrace is an amazing touch. It is private and belongs to you for the duration of your stay. The hosts were wonderful and provided everything we needed to be comfortable while we were there. Would definitely book again!
