Please read through everything before booking. A beautiful refinished hardwood staircase built in 1910 greets you as you enter. This large duplex house has over 2000 sq ft. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. Two bathrooms with 2 large showers, soakertub and 2 double bowl vanities. A completely redone 3rd floor for the romantic couple. Large kitchen with granite tops and bar. All new appliances and Dining room with a large table and six chairs. There is a large sliding door in the kitchen as you step outside onto a spacious deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Located on the second and third floor of Duplex. Please be aware that the first floor is occupied.

This unique, 115 year old home has lots of character and charm, has been completely renovated. Everything you need is here. Take a walk during the day and enjoy the front porch in the evening with your favorite beverage. Or stay on the deck and enjoy the view of the back yard.

You have access to common areas: the 2 Adirondack chairs on the front porch. Please Be aware that the first floor is occupied.
This home is great for large families or several couples traveling together. No deck/porch noise after 10pm weekdays or 11pm weekends. This is how we stay good with the neighbors. NO parties or events. Street Parking only.
