Great place in a great location

Three friends and I came to watch a soccer match for a fun birthday party road trip. The house was a perfect place to relax and hang out (hot tub!) as well as our home base for exploring a fun and exciting neighborhood.

Great Stay

Quiet neighborhood but in a good location to go and do many things. Only a very short walk away from two breweries which was a plus for us. The house was ultra clean and as described. Would definitely stay again when coming back to the area. Thanks!

Bourbon Buddies

This place was excellent for being close to downtown Louisville. We did tons of distillery tours with tastings and Lyft back to the house to soak in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for 8 friends for the weekend. We mostly hung out at the house or on 4th street Live entertainment district which was only a short uber away. Melissa was a great host who was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time in Louisville.

Perfect weekend.

We really enjoyed this home. It was all new and extremely clean. It is a perfect set up for a family or for 3 couples. The hot tub and back yard space was an added bonus. The check-in process was very easy and our host was very responsive. She even checked in mid stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Very close to downtown bars and restaurants. We would definately stay again.

Great time in NuLu

We had three couples stay at Melissa’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better property or host! Great location, with a short walk to a huge selection of fabulous restaurants. And Melissa was an awesome host - had an issue with the air conditioning and within 30 minutes of me messaging her about it, she and the heating/cooling contractor were on the way over. Got it fixed and didn’t impact our stay at all. We’d stay there again without hesitating!!

Great base for the KY bourbon trail

My wife and I stayed in Melissa's property for 5 days with another couple of relatives as we explored all that the KY bourbon trail had to offer. Check-in was incredibly quick and easy with a choice of passcode set specifically for our arrival. The property is nicely appointed with plenty of equipment in the kitchen (frying pans could probably do with replacing and knives sharpening), as were the bathrooms. Very modern inside and thoughtfully decorated. More than enough space for 4 of us; great outside space too, although we didn't use it due to how hot and humid the weather was. The closest distillery is around a 7 minute walk (Rabbit Hole), with the far end of Whiskey row likely to take around 30-40 mins, or 10 in an Uber. Parking was large enough for 3 cars right at the side of the property making loading/unloading very easy. Communication with Melissa was also excellent. It made a great base for us and I'd certainly stay here again on our next trip.

Loved our weekend in Louisville at this nulu house. It was clean and well maintained, and the location was great. Our group was fine to walk to and from downtown and the spots in nulu, but it is about a mile from some of the spots on Main st. Melissa was incredibly responsive and helpful when we asked for local recommendations. Check in was a breeze, and we’d definitely go back next time we’re in the area.

Bedding and furniture was stylish and comfortable. The backyard was a dream with a hot tub, fire pit and seating areas. The kitchen was a dream - wished we were there longer to cook. Great location in NULU, walkable to restaurants and bars.

Enjoyable down time

The house was beautiful and we loved having the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and the owner was always in touch with us making sure we were doing ok. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected but neighbors were friendly. It was definitely an enjoyable stay.
