Comfortably sleep 8 with one King and three Queens. The large open concept living room/kitchen is perfect for large groups to gather, eat, drink or watch TV. Great views of Market street and the Nulu Marketplace South courtyard.

The suite has a laundry area with a new full size washer / dryer. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 70" 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.

The apartment is in the heart of NULU - Louisville's hottest part of town near downtown Louisville. Guests can expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the Nulu neighborhood, as well as the outdoor events in the courtyard of Nulu Marketplace. Best part, NULU Marketplace has it all at your fingertips. Step out of your suite and check out some of the great things NULU Marketplace has for you. West Sixth NuLu brewery/bar, Emmy Squared Pizza, Buff City Soap, The Craftery, Hectare's, Mamili and Hazel+Hunt.

We are located a short walk or quick Uber from Bourbon Distilleries, Whiskey Row, Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Art galleries, Waterfront Park, Slugger Field, Lynn Family Soccer Stadium, Yum Center, Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory and major medical facilities all within a little over a mile. Great stay

All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail.

Property is at a great location with lots of shops and food options within walking distance. Only a short car or scooter ride to downtown. Would stay there again.

Nulu

Fun place to stay with shops and places to eat just steps away from our rental. The Lily is larger than the photos made it appear, beds are very comfortable, super clean with everything we needed during our time in Louisville.
