  • Distinctive 1890 Gothic Victorian home in Old Louisville adorned with racing memorabilia. Approximately 2.2 miles to Churchill Downs in one direction and 1.4 miles from Fourth Street Live in the other direction. Walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Louisville: Buck’s Restaurant has one of the best piano players in town and Edward Lee at 610 Magnolia is a nationally recognized chef. Amici Cafe is also in walking distance and offers more casual Italian dining.

    The 1st floor eat-in kitchen is complete with all you need to cook with; coffee maker; complimentary coffee & tea; and grilling utensils. It opens up to a huge, privacy fenced back yard.
    The first floor entryway opens into the living room area, as well as the formal dining room. Accessible via 2 separate staircases, the 2nd floor has the master bedroom (1 Queen; 1 Full; 1 twin pull-out); 2nd bedroom (1 Queen; 1 twin); 2 bathrooms; and a walk in closet.
    The 3rd floor has the third (2 Fulls) and fourth (twin bunk with a full futon below) bedrooms.

    Rear of house has a covered deck with a grill, a large patio, and a table with plenty of seating.
