The house was spacious and comfortable. But the toilet clogged after every use and the finished basement had so much mold in it that we could not use it. The dehumidifier actually had mold growing in it.
I would categorize this property as a bachelor pad. We were travelling with 2 teenage girls for a basketball tournament. The house itself was decent size for 4 people but I would not recommend this property. The second bathroom was in the basement and didnt include a toilet seat, the walls were very dirty, food stuck to cabinets, random kraft cheese slices in the basement, the bathtub was dirty. The area is less than desirable, I did not feel safe outside at night. There was a mattress on the lawn next door and every lawn was littered with pizza boxes and garbage. You can only enter the tiny backyard from the driveway, The oven works but appears to be from the 70's. Again, this property is perfect for a group of young men in town for the derby but not for a family.
