Graduation trip

This was a great place for our family to all be together for our daughter’s college graduation. Plenty of room for our extended family to relax. On a beautiful quiet street. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evenings!

Needs some TLC

While this property isn’t horrible it certainly could use some care. The kitchen was the best and most updated room in the house, but could use an inventory of utensils and pots and pans. The only spatula looked like it had been well used and was the size of a kids kitchen spatula. The bathroom door in the downstairs bedroom would not shut all the way. It was very hot upstairs even with the AC on. We also had an issue with the alarm and getting the wrong code for the door from “home base.” As for the outside, again it could really be nice with some extra care, which it doesn’t look like it has had in a while. Overall it served our purpose, but for the price, not what we expected.

Louisville Stay

The hot water heater went out during our stay, but it was fixed same day in a matter of hours. Appreciate the responsiveness, and walkability of the neighborhood was great!
