Feel at home in our lovely, clean & comfortable Bohemian-chic styled apartment that is centrally located in historic Old Louisville. A romantic neighborhood full of beautiful victorian houses next to an Olmsted Park. Walking distance to UofL and a short drive (or Uber) to downtown, Churchill Downs, Nulu and the Highlands. A neighborhood you can feel safe in with the police department around the corner. Keyless entry for a convenient check in & out.

We put so much thought into the details for this apartment, making it feel comfortable and breathtakingly stylish. Curated art and textiles everywhere you look. This apartment is perfect for long-term leasing. We have many years of experience hosting traveling caregivers, actors, students, and more! We know how stressful it can be to find the perfect home away from home. We are easy to work with and accommodating for a smooth transition. Cute Apt. in Historic Louisville

This apartment is so cute and well maintained. Very clean and the kitchen and bathroom are a good size. Bed was very comfy! It’s in a lovely area of Louisville, where you can just walk around and look at all the old homes. I had a great stay!
