Charming speakeasy house

The house was great to stay and was plenty big for us. Close enough for us to the downtown area and other areas. Matt and Melissa are great and were able to give us a lot of recommendations for places to go and things to do. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the area.

We were in Louisville for almost two weeks for a series of basketball tournaments at the nearby Expo Center. Great Location and Gathering Places

The house is decorated so nicely with lots of areas to gather. The location is fantastic with it being only a couple of miles from all of the downtown distilleries, restaurants and shopping. The owner was also very responsive. My husband and I stayed with our grown children and we loved hanging out in the backyard to watch the fireflies. Highly recommend this house!

Fun getaway

Enjoyed everything about this beautiful property. Snow came in when we were supposed to check in and Matt made sure to communicate with us on check in. Extra blankets and towels, but my favorite part is that we had a private chef come in to the beautiful kitchen and cook us an amazing supper! Highly recommend

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Matt was communicative, had some great food/drink place recommendations, the instructions on check in and check out were clear and concise. The Perfect stay in bourbon country.

Matt and Melissa were very informative and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Louisville. The property is absolutely amazing! A beautiful comfortable home with high end finishes worked into a historic building. The right mix of comfy and luxury. I cannot say enough good things about this house! The design, the location, the property owner’s hospitality…it has it all. We stayed here to visit Louisville for a few days and travel to the Ark Encounter for a day. Matt was more than helpful with questions about the surrounding area, restaurants, and things to do. If we ever make it to the Derby, this is where we will stay. Don’t hesitate to book!

This home was soooo beautiful. My family agreed that we want to book this home every time we come to Louisville. It really looks just like the pictures but even better in person. This was spacious enough for everyone. We even utilized the air mattresses. The fire pit is nice I wish we would have done a bonfire.

Great House to Experience Louisville

My family and I loved staying at this property. Owners were super responsive and helpful. 7 of us came for a trip to experience Louisville, Churchill Downs, and all of the surrounding distilleries. Awesome location to do everything we wanted to do. The house itself is extremely clean, well-kept and has all the amenities you need. We ended up spending more time at the property than we expected because it was that comfortable. We hope to come back to this property in the future, and thanks to the owners for an amazing stay!
