About a mile from Union Station, 1/4 mile from the Denver 16th street pavilion, walking distance from lots of restaurants and downtown shopping and activities, with a decent parking garage right across the street. Staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was excellent with wonderful views of downtown, highly recommended!"

"Griffith at the front desk was awesome with my check out taking great care of my bags. And the young Hispanic girl who checked me in on Wednesday night was awesome. She also helped find my Starbucks reusable cup that I accidentally left in the morning next to the coffee urns in reception! I am so grateful. Victoria who retrieved my car was very kind and helpful with my luggage . The hotel is clean and so very quiet. Thank you for an amazing experience. I’ll be back. Thank you !!! ❤️"

"The bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. The restaurant was pretty good too. Parking is expensive and takes awhile to get your car from valet parking."

"Great customer service and easy check in and out! I called ahead to confirm. There is a little shop inside that has snacks, frozen food, soda, Gatorade also wine and beer. It was really easy if you didn’t want to walk across to the grocery store. However, there isn’t a housekeeping staff on at night so if you need something you have to walk down to get it, just a heads up. There was also a black footprint on one of our pillow cases. Overall very nice and good customer service though. I liked how convenient the restaurant is since it’s connected to the hotel. Didn’t rent a car in the trip but uber/lyft pick up was in the valet so it was super easy to do."
