"Wonderful little independent hotel handy for our trip to Leicester. Booked two rooms - both comfortable and fine. Room 7 however had a large extractor fan right outside the window and was a little noisy. Only fault in an otherwise excellent stay with a fantastic optional breakfast. Joanna on cleaning and Mark + Ashley on maintenance. Oh, and yes, the rooms are clean and even though the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work in our room, everything else was great. One of the Best breakfast buffets we’ve encountered anywhere. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt."
