"We had a fabulous 5-night stay at the Onyx. I booked a junior suite with all amenities. It was very prefect. The deco was lovely and all aspects of the room was comfy. The location was convenient for the conference I was attending at the center. I would highly recommend a stay at the Onyx. "

"Proximity to waterfront and they were able to hold our luggage in between our african safari trips. Very responsive with questions online. My family would stay here again. The free breakfast was a plus! Changed our initial preconceptions about traveling to Africa. Cape Town is beautiful and we will be back!"

"This was a great stay! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. The only thing to note, which I also mentioned to the property team, but they may consider adding an instruction list to the welcome packet on how to operate some of the appliances in the unit. I’d like to think I’m pretty tech savvy but I accidentally set off the smoke detector by boiling water - turns out I there was an air vent that I had no idea existed, that should have been turned on. There were other items that could have been easily accessed but took longer to figure out. Apart from that, everything else was amazing!"
