" We left 4 days early due to the entire process being one big ordeal. I am writing this as fair as possible to keep it as professional as possible. We were charged fees that were not listed on the Expedia listing when booked. I wrote Expedia about wanting to cancel and instead of helping or assisting they told me to write VRBO who wrote Novasol who is the actual company over seeing the property. You will be charged extra for dirty old towels and dirty sheets. If you are going to charge it should be new sheets and new towels for every stay. My opinion is the owner of this property simply left one day, left all their old stuff behind and turned into an rental property. The pans are not usable and the amenities of the place lack any type of quality.The property is old and outdated so know this before booking. The biggest issue is with Novasol the property host. They would not work with me at all about the extra charges that were not listed. I finally received an email that said we did not have to pay the extra sheets and towels payment but when we arrived the lady had no idea and still charged us. Novasol will not return any of those extra fees. I would recommend to highly inspect everything I mentioned before booking. Maybe you stay here and you like it, that's fair but for me it's been a very costly and unfortunate stay. "

"Beautiful villa with fabulous outdoor space. Within walking distance for all amenities. About 10 mins to large supermarket and a further 5 mins to beach, bars and restaurants. Hans was a great host who was only a phonecall away and also offered to pick us up from airport. En-route to the villa he provided advice and recommendations regarding the local area. We had a lovely week at this beautiful villa and would love to return in the future."

"Breakfast was wonderful! There was a wife variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. We appreciated having oranges and cake available at all times, too. The pool was warm and clear and there were plenty of chairs to lounge in outside."

"Great property in excellent location. Stayed in the 2 bed with a balcony facing the pool and the marina. A lovely man checked us in at 1am quickly and professionally. Overall a wonderful stay and without a doubt my go to place to stay in Torrevieja. Incredibly good value. "

"This place is centrally located and perfect to get to the center and to the water. I recommend they improve the lighting in the bathrooms. Only two small pin lights in the ceiling. Room is spacious- front desk staff very cordial. "
