"The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …"

"What a horrible experience. Other than the beautiful surroundings this could have turned out to be a nightmare. 1st, the listing provided an inaccurate address in the complete opposite end of the terrenas mountains that took us to the entrance of a private property. It was a hassle to climb up and a complete nightmare to drive down from. "The villa was quiet and very close to the beach. The rooms are large and they all equipped with air conditioners. I love how tranquil I felt while I was in the property. The internet was spotty at times but the manager was responsive while attending to the issue. I had a great time at this place and I would love to come back again but for more than 4 days."

"Staff was great and very nice. Very good people. However, the kitchen is full of roaches and there was no electricity in my bedroom. The owner seems to be very neglegent of this property and i wouldnt come here again even if i was paid to. Couldn’t even jump in the swimming pool without the roaches joining me. The infestation comes from the countertop in the kicthen where they breed and live."
