The hotel’s exterior and interior were absolutely stunning but the true highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, because every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable.
The team members I do remember, Mika, Ramon, James, Tamara, Santa, and Nicolas, were extraordinary. Their kindness, attentiveness, and beautiful energy elevated my stay to a true five-star experience. I had such an incredible time that I actually extended my trip by an extra day. I’m already checking my calendar for the next opportunity to return."
