"Stayed in 3422 which had a fantastic view of the pool and whole of Los Cristianos! Great pool area and comfy sunbeds that were plentiful too. "

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"

"We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but that means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts below. Probably not a hotel for anyone who struggles with mobility. Check in was ok, emailed in advance to advise we were arriving before 5pm check in and ask for a specific grade of room which we had paid for. "Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room."
