The Apartment was larger than expected and clean. The staff are all really great. The bar on site ( Stacey's) is run really well and they are very friendly people. The location is good. Its about a 20 min walk to the nearest beach downhill. Reception are great as are security. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds ( June ) . Towels are given for the pool on arrival which helps. There is body wash and shampoo provided in the apartment . The kitchen is well equipt....impressive actually. The maids will come in and do a great job of freshening up the place All in all a great stay and I would recommend for couples or families.

Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus.

Have stayed at this resort several times now due to friendly and helpful staff. Always spotlessly clean and Elvis the life guard is the most helpful person . I often watch him assisting elderly or infirm people , ensuring everyone is safe whilst be so very friendly .

The studio was spacious and well equipped, the complex is situated up a walkable hill , their is a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill which costs 4 euro.the pool bar is excellent value for money, One warning at the time of posting this review Tenerife sur airport was in chaos inbound and outbound

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

Such a lovely place to stay, we would def stay here again. So very clean everywhere, ive never seen such thorough cleaning when people check out! The onsite bar serves breakfast and lunch and such good value and the most friendliest of people. Drinks inc cocktails are good prices to, €6 for a frozen strawberry Daiquiri that actually tastes good! And a happy hour daily from 4-5. 1 bed rooms are well furnished and even have a washing machine. Our room was pool facing and got the afternoon sun. The pool is lovely and slightly heated which made a big difference and we always managed to get a sunbed. 5 -10 min walk to nice bars and places to eat. Also has a small shop on site for those essentials. Close to bus stops if you want to go further afield and €30 for a taxi from airport

We had a great time here! The Villa was great, we had anything what we needed to have a confy vacation. The location is good, need to walk a few minutes to the frequented areas, but it is okay, so you have a calm time at the nights.
