Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus.

The studio was spacious and well equipped, the complex is situated up a walkable hill , their is a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill which costs 4 euro.the pool bar is excellent value for money, One warning at the time of posting this review Tenerife sur airport was in chaos inbound and outbound

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

Fab pool bar serving food and drinks during day with very friendly staff, good prices then evening bar and restaurant opens up. Entertainment in the evenings. Well positioned for night life but in a quiet area. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Already looking to book for next year .

We spent six nights here end of February into early March. Our main reason to choose this location was because it had a heated pool and it accommodated a family of five and it worked out perfectly! Our kids age 7-12 loved the pool and it was warm enough for the adults too. The lifeguard who was there most days was super friendly and always came to say hello and chat with the kids. The apartment was absolutely lovely - the furniture was all new and in great condition. Our beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a rental, and the shower was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, though a welcome pack with some salt/pepper/oil would be a great touch. Our room faced the pool and was close to the bar, so the music was a bit loud in the evenings, but it didn't even phase our kids at bedtime and we enjoyed listening from our balcony. The price of food and drinks are very reasonable. I'd absolutely recommend these apartments!

Lovely welcoming friendly not too large resort. Beautifully kept gardens and public areas. Pool area very clean with delightful large pool and small children's pool. Staff veey friendly. Check-in quick & smooth especially when there were 16 of us on a golf trip. Bar great with happy hour each night. Restaurant/bar food good and reasonably priced. Pool area lovely. My only gripe would be the cost of a misplaced/lost key upon checking out to a an 81 year old gent who had been rushed to hospital only 48 hrs prior. €45 to have a key cut is shocking so anyone using this hotel look after your key!
