"Reserved and pd in full 12/19/21. Owner said VRBO made error with unit we reserved, it was not available, he would upgrade us into unit Casita Oceana. We arrived on 1/11/22, went to Casita Oceana and saw it was occupied. Lady said she is owners sister and had been staying in Casita Oceana for two weeks, she went to locate Owner.
