Our property is located across from Calabasas Peak and many great hiking trails. In addition, we are about 9 miles from Malibu Beach and 4-5 miles from the shops, restaurants and night life of Calabasas, Woodland Hills and Topanga.

You will enter our gated property from the driveway. Once you have booked we will provide an entry code. There is parking for one car behind the gate in front of the shared gym. You will walk around the gym which opens up to a grassy lawn with terracing, mountain views and mature trees. Enter the guest apartment from one of the 3 double French doors and enjoy the beautiful Spanish Tile and furnishings. You will find the apartment stocked with a kitchenette, dishes, utensils and glassware. The apartment has A/C and heat a full-sized bed and large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick. The apartment has a shower, pedestal and vanity. The second private bathroom with toilet tub, shower and sinks is 10 steps away. You will walk along a lighted path ten steps past your outdoor gas grill and picnic table to get to the exterior door of your private second bathroom.

Shared gym has a TV, full set of weights, Pilates machine, treadmill, A/C and Elliptical.

This is non-smoking, non-vaping property with quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. No drugs of any kind are allowed on the property.
