The area is surrounded by everyday conveniences including grocery stores like Ralphs, as well as many restaurants, cafes, sushi spots and casual dining options nearby. This is a well-developed coastal neighborhood with easy access to shops, food and outdoor spaces.



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended, as this is Los Angeles and most guests get around by driving. One parking space is included in the building’s secure underground garage. The apartment is quiet inside, as the windows do not face Lincoln Blvd. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available. Venice Beach and Santa Monica are best reached by car, and LAX is a short drive away depending on traffic.
