THE SUITE:

Topanga Canyon and Malibu's beaches are a scenic 20-minute drive, perfect for a day trip. • Pool and hot tub are shared with the main residence — please be mindful of noise

• No gatherings or events without prior written approval

• No smoking or vaping indoors

• No pets unless pre-approved

• Please do not enter areas designated for the main residence

• All trash must be disposed of in the designated bins

• Guests must complete third-party verification and submit a copy of their ID

• Please treat the suite and its furnishings with care



RESPECT:

The property is equipped with indoor and outdoor decibel monitoring devices that measure noise levels only and do not record conversations. These devices help ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Tampering with or removing any monitoring device may result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional charges.
