Has a small yard with avocado tree for shade; this casita is a relaxing place to unwind after a long work day.

Location: Westside Long Beach gem in a scruffy looking but calm & quiet area. Fire station is located down the block.

Convenient ease of access to the 710 & 405. Short drive to downtown Long Beach, Pike Outlets (3.8 mi), & the Pier (3.4 mi).
