There was VERY LOUD music being played ALL NIGHT and into the morning right outside of the windows on the parking side. It was terrible. I wasn't able to sleep at all. Called the front desk, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I've never complain about anything. You REALLY need to fix it!!! Thx.

Great staff and breakfast. room was nice. hallway Rugs could use a shampooing and a lot of drug addicts hanging around the entrance of the hotel. Definitely not safe at night.

Room near rear of property where a homeless camp was nearby; people were noisy. Hotel did not honor the Expedia rate I reserved on Expedia website. There were three different rates for each night. Was told Hotel DID NOT HAVE TO HONOR Expedia's rate. Will not do this again.

The hotel itself was excellent all around, there was always homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel but there's not much that the hotel themselves can do about that.

Property was nice and great service however the area is ugly dirty loud noise and very unsafe with a lot of homeless around the area not safe to walk around.The hotel was the only nice thing in that area so that fooled me

Overall, the hotel is good for its value. Room is clean and roomy. Breakfast buffet with good choices of food. The daytime staff at the front desk and dinning area are friendly and helpful. The only negative was the night shift front desk staff - not visible, unfriendly, with “I don’t care” attitude.

Did not have much vegetarian options, since same spoons used to handle eggs, bacon and potatoes and vegetables. Had to manage with bread and fruits, yogurt. If eggless pancakes are provided it would be acceptable for all. Thanks

Nice but…
The Holiday Inn is nice and clean and also has some nice amenities but there are some factors to consider. First off it is located in Glendale but the challenging part of it. This means there are interesting people walking around at all hours and police sirens at all hours. Secondly you can hear the guests above you walking around. I believe it is a typical walk but the thin floors and ceilings make it sound way worse. My wife and I had terrible sleep for our stay. Also the air conditioner in the room is a bit on the loud. I feel bad writing this review but you should know these things before staying there. Otherwise it was very clean, very good breakfast spread and free parking. Hope this helps.

there is no a bathtub and looks unsafe around this hotel. Not recommended to walk around the hotel.
