"This is a nice, well-maintained hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and overall a pleasant atmosphere. The property is clearly well cared for and provides a comfortable stay. My main criticism is the parking fee, which is nearly $70 per night!!! That charge feels excessive, especially on top of the room rate, and significantly increases the overall cost of the stay. If parking were more reasonably priced, I would have rated the experience even higher."

"First night in the hotel was fine. The next day there was a very strong odour of rotten eggs that did not go away. We asked to have a room switch and went to another floor because the whole floor smelled like rotten eggs. They were very accommodating no problem to get our room switched however when we got to our new room it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. They had switched the bedding and removed the garbage. Which we knew because it was outside in the hallway and it stayed there all night outside our door. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned there was hair all over the floor and in the shower. The bar fridge had rotten food in it still that we had to remove ourselves. The smell did not go away from the rotten food. We requested several times to clean the bar fridge. They did it twice, but the smell did not go away. One of the draws to stay at the hotel was the hottub and they closed it early with no notice. Overall the hotel is nice but the service and cleanliness was terrible."
