Please note that there is no A/C in the bungalow. It is few miles from the Pacific Ocean (which makes the air cool) and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.

This was a PLUS listing before Los Angeles made us take down and put up this new (same) listing because we hosted over 30 days per month. Please check out our hundreds of 5 star reviews.
