Let’s start from the beginning. I checked into this hotel that I booked through Expedia. First of the parking was 10 underneath the hotel. Entering into the dark old garage which is too low to enter was the first issue. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood and it feels insafe. I gwg to my hotel room which is in the back of the hotel it’s too small to even move in the room. I immediately tell the front desk the issue which the guy stated I know we can give you a bigger room no politely said no thank you I’ll just leave I don’t feel safe and the hotel is not how it’s pictured. He stated I can’t do a refund call Expedia and tell them to call me I’ll get you your refund. Called Expedia to I for them which they called to hotel and confirmed but the manager wasn’t available until the next day. She insured me a refund that the hotel agent said they would refund. It’s been a month. They told Expedia the changed their minds. It’s nonrefundable. 157 wasted on a room and hotel I refused to stay in. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The rooms are horrible, dirty and small.
