From the moment we arrived, the service was polished, warm, and genuinely attentive—exactly what you’d expect from a luxury property, but delivered with a personal touch that really stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, blending classic architecture with modern finishes. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. The views of the ocean and city added a great touch, especially in the evenings. Dining was another highlight—excellent food, great ambiance, and top-tier service. The rooftop experience in particular is something you don’t want to miss. Location is perfect as well—close to the waterfront, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in Long Beach. Both the hotel and the room were great. Before checking out, I spent over 10 minutes calling the front desk and service desk, but no one ever picked up the phone, and we had to drag ourselves and the four bags. The lady at the front desk did not even apologize when I told her what happened.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Helped me out with the steamer that wasn't working and gave me an iron with the board as a replacement, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again for events because it's super close to the convention. Water in room was free and had a mini fridge which was a plus.
