Great Reunion
5 High School friends visiting LA where another of us lives. House in close proximity to nearly everything, loaded with amenities and plenty of space. Very pleased with overall experience.

The night before check in it was cancelled and refunded but it is very unfair that you leave 11 people stranded an nothing happens!

Worst vacation experience ever!
We rented a house for 12 people. We flew in from all over the US. We all arrived at the property at 4pm which was the confirmed check in time. We had 2 car loads of perishable foods and 12 adults. The key was not in the lock box but the front door was wide open. We walked in to an unbelievable mess and people living in the house. There was definitely nefarious activity going on in that house. VRBO/property manager canceled us 20 min after check in and for 3 hours we were on the phone with them. They claimed they could not rebook us same day and we should go to a hotel and they would reimburse us for the hotel. A hotel was not an option with 12 people and all the food. At 7pm that evening, we finally found a property on a competitors site (not ideal but we were desperate). VRBO refused to reimburse us for this property as it was booked on a competitor’s site. VRBO, we would not have needed to book elsewhere if you had honored your reservation or been able to rebook us that same day. I wish I could add photos to this post because they are shocking. We will never book through VRBO again - the customer has absolutely no recourse.

Nice size property in a good location but problems with internet and ai conditioning
The property was nicely located and a great size for large families or groups. However, the internet did not work well in most parts of the house and also the master bedroom TV was not connected to the internet which means was unusable. The air conditioning on half of the first floor was also not working so the one of the rooms was extremely hot. I contacted the owners numerous times to help resolve and response was generally slow and eventually on our second last day they said they would send someone to have a look and nobody showed up. They became even less responsive and the issues never got resolved. In general we had a great stay but for the price I was very disappointed with the service we received to what should have been easy to resolve.

Location Location Location
Truly an incredible house to stay and I would book it again if the time comes. A few missing kitchen items just needs to be added in, but aside from that, everything was a great stay. If you are looking to stay near the Beverly Hills area, this is the place to stay!!!

Overall stay was great just a little dusty in some areas and couple of tvs didn't work. However the space was great and not far from the beaches, universal city and Hollywood! Great family time 😁
