No one at the counter when we showed up. Took 20 mins for them to get there. Door would not lock and no latch on the door. No hot water in the room. Carpet was very dirty.

Didn’t even stay because no one answered!

Showed up for check in around 11:20pm - the site says we’re able to check in until midnight. No one answers our multiple rings of the bell and knocks on the window, even though we can hear noises coming from inside the office. This place sucks. I better be getting a refund from hotels.com.

By the first the receptionist need more training he asking me to pay I told him I ready did but he can’t found my suscripción I gat mad I told him ok let me call to cancel but he call someone and finally found me on the system The room was smelling horrible I has to spryer and turn on the ac but still I got headache 🤕

シャワーヘッドが壊れている、水が四方に飛び散る、全ての部屋では無いと思うけど… しかも、お湯が出なかった。 それ以外は問題なし。 むしろ値段からすれば充分。 モーテルの周りには何も無いのでレンタカー必須。

A simple stay

El Rancho Motel 7428 San Pedro St, Los Angeles, CA 90003 Motel Aq 2021 points 2 days ago The customer service was good. The receptionist agreed to check us in earlier since we had arrived sooner and to check us out later as our flight was after the checkout time. The room was clean when we arrived. We did notify them for very small roaches that were seen and they told us that they were gonna take care of them asap. The area is a little shady but it was safe for us to park our rental car for seven nights there. We didn't notice anything unsafe there and if you're not interacting with the locals, you'll be fine. The location is close to most tourist attractions in the north of LA. The coffee maker was hard to use, and we ended up using the microwave oven to make coffee. Hope you enjoy your stay there.

It's a budget motel where you can spend a night or two for inexpensive price. Downsides are that coffee pot and air conditioner are very dirty. We also heard gunshots from distance.

Horrible hotel. Prostitutes everywhere, people renting by the hour, you can hear EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, happening outside or right next door. Bed was hard as a rock, tv got 5 channels, 3 of which were in Spanish, and the others were religious. We paid up front in full for 4 nights, went up to the room and immediately called back to the “office” and asked how we could get a refund. Do not stay here.

there is no lobby, you will be check-in with a small window in the side of parking area. not feel comfortable with such check-in. there is an old man KNOCKS door at 1030 for each room. unless you enjoy the personal wake up at door, but this was the first time for me. I am not comfortable with such check-out notice.
