"The hotel and room were great. My only complaint is the $67 charge to park overnight. That's absolutely absurd! My fault for not checking as I assumed it would be cheaper. Won't stay here again because of that."

"Stayed at the hotel for a short weekday trip down in LA for Universals Hollywood Horror Nights. Our room was large and clean. The check in staff was helpful in everything. We got checked in and they even gave us a few water bottles on our return from the park. Didn’t try the breakfast there since the hotel is near so many shops and restaurants that we decided to go out for food and explore the area. We also didn’t check out the pool since our stay was going to be short and busy. Maybe next time cause there will most likely be a next time again."

"Very convenient for a lay over, the 24 hour airport shuttle is really helpful, might take a little while but it’s complimentary. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff was helpful at all moments. The surroundings of the property are also very walkable with restaurants around. I would stay here again."

"The breakfast lounge was very expensive. The staff at the bar lounge wasn’t friendly or wanted to help us, he kept ignoring us. We were there on 9/23 between 1pm-4pm."
